How did you tell your Wife / SO / DH you were preggo
I'm not pregnant....yet. We have been trying for #3 for a year now.  In order to keep my moral up and stay positive, I've decided that I want to plan something really special for DH when I can finally break the amazing news.
For DC #1 and #2, I was so shocked both times, I just woke him up by shoving the test in his face.  . I'm up to any ideas or suggestions.

I bought a spoon on etsy that said "you're going to be a daddy". Gave him ice cream the night I tested +. It was reallly cute

For dd2 I had dd1 wearing a "I'm going to be a big sister shirt". Dh walked in the door from work, read her shirt and then immediately ran to hug me. I video taped it too.

Haha. Well we were at a funeral that night. After the funeral (nobody we knew directly) , I told dh I wanted cake. So we went to a bakery. I told him to get something for himself. He picked a cookie. I told him no. I'm thinking to myself " of course he's going to pick a dessert that doesn't require using a spoon!! Of courseeee!" So I said nooo not a cookie. Get something else... So he picked a brownie. At that point I'm like wtf!?? Get something better ahha. So I asked for bread pudding. Counter girl said they're out of all puddings. I Lost it. I just asked for ice cream and left. I was so annoyed ahha.

How did you tell your Wife / SO / DH you were preggo
I gave DH a tshirt that said "I cant keep calm; I'm gonna be a daddy". He was so confused because we were just talking the day before and I had told him I had gotten my period. I was trying to hold out and tell him on Christmas, but it was just too far away and I was too sick lol

I came out of the bathroom hysterically crying and in a panic so he knew it was positive. I was sooooo not ready yet!

That's probably what I would've done!
My DH was out all day- he worked and went right to a friend's birthday party from there! He didn't get home til after midnight, tipsy and giggly. I wanted to wait until he was a bit more sober but I was bursting at the seams to tell him. Plus he brought me home some "Not Your Father's Root Beer" to try and I said uhhhh I don't think that's a good idea.... I'm pregnant.

That was me with my first. I tested but i never in a million years thought it would be positive bc it was the first month of trying.
With baby 2, i peed on the stick and then left the room. Me DH and DS all went back in together to read the results... well DS was there...he had no clue what was going on lol
