OTC meds for mild mood problems
Any suggestions ?
I tried SAMe supplement - game me unpleasant dreams
Tried serotonin supplement - couldn't sleep and was awake every night I took it
Though I am doing better since the weather has changed I am wondering if anyone tried or knows of a supplement to keep their minds positive or happier

OTC meds for mild mood problems
Vitamin B and St. John's Wort are common mood enhancers. Just be careful if you are on birth control because I have read that St. John's Wort can interfere.

Low Vitamin D is known to cause some mood issues. If you don't know your level, maybe get it checked. But in the meantime, take a suppliment
