Not in the position I had.
I worked in the billing dept and calculated invoice amounts before the invoice were generated.

i do more Account mgmnt/ follow up type of work; resolving conflicts that come afterwards. Yes, i still have to deal with insurance companies, but more in the sense of getting claims reprocessed and all that stuff (or advising patients How they can do it as well)
