Rosie O'Donnell says Oprah Winfrey never should have let Tom Cruise get all crazy on her furniture. The talk titan, who debuts as a co-host on The View today, tells Newsweek magazine, "I wasn't mad at him. I was mad at Oprah. Oprah, couldn't you have said, 'Tommy, come here! Don't jump.'" Rosie says she would have retaped the segment if it had have happened on her show, because obviously Rosie is a psychic and would have known we would still be talking about this over a year later.

Rosie took Oprah off her speed dial, not out of fury over this incident, but because she was using it a little too hastily. She once called the talk-show queen, distraught over the Columbine shootings. She then decided that maybe everyone would be better off if she deleted Oprah's number.

Meanwhile, the comedian continues to post on her blog at rosie.com despite the disapproval of her new boss, Barbara Walters. Her Monday entry read, in part, "last night we saw/FAME BECOMES ME/martin short is hysterical/i laughed til i cried/cried til i peed/kegel ladies kegel." She writes poetry about as well as Maya Angelou does the Betty Rubble giggle, which I presume to be flawlessly.
