Halibut
Anybody have any awesome healthy recipes for Halibut. My FI caught 125 lb. Halibut and we need to use it up. Its yummy!!

WOW!
DH goes tuna/shark fishing every year...I usually give away a lot...or freeze vac them...it stay AWESOME for a LONG time in the freezer.
I like to foil steam fish.
I take foil and drizzle a little olive oil down...place the fish on it...then sprinkle bread crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder and cheese (locattelli- what ever you like) and some lemon...wrap it up in a pouch and either grill the pack or broil it...it comes out really good...
