Have to retract my post about christening....
Last night we went to the church in our area to register to become parishoners and the priest - who was so sweet - got us started with the baptism info. He signed us up for a class in May and got all of our info...so now all we have to do is call in when we have a name, godparents and a date we would prefer. DH was originally uneasy about this - he really wanted to wait until after the baby was born but since we didn't actually pick a date he was okay.
Apparently, for us to do the baptism, we would have had to come back to meet with a priest to fill out the paperwork - so he said why not save that trip and now we can just call in the rest and get a date. Yay!!!
So one more thing off the list.
