Why are BBB Graco infant car seats so much more $$ than BRU?
They have none of the same seats, but they are $139 at BBB and $89-99 in BRU.....
Is this what I have to look forward to?

Graco Snugride $89 at BBB
I see snugrides at BBB for $89, $119 and $139. It depends on which you're looking for. The pricer models have different material/patterns and come with the boot/blanket.

I think different designs cost more...I saw the Snugride Infant car seats in Target for $69.99...same ones with a different design sell for more in Babies r Us and even more at BBB...

That's what I was saying, at BBB, the average is in the $100s with 1 $89, where at BRU they're cheaper.
Iwonder why they don't carry the same ones?

If you go to gracobaby.com you can see all of the car seats side by side. From what I read, the basic model ($89) is just the carseat with the basic padding. The mid range ($110-120) carseat has all the features of the basic model plus an insert to protect the babies head and some additional padding. The most expensive one ($140) has everything the midrange and basic models have but also has a see through part in the canopy, double headfoam padding, padded straps for securing the carseat and a boot/footwarmer.

Also what I did is a registered for one at BBB that I like and found some good deals at elitecarseats.com or albee baby.com. I returned the one I received of my registry and bought the one for the cheaper price online. I found that with the Britax Marathon car seat too.

Different materials and totally different cushioning. Did you see them in person? It was tough for me because I liked the materials and colors on some of the cheaper ones but I thought that the cushioning left a lot to be desired. There are also entirely different ones at Sears and Walmart, to add to the confusion.
