How many bottles a day does/did your 4 month old take?

Sadie will be four months old in a week. She recently has been skipping one of her feedings bringing her down to only 4 bottles a day. She drinks 8oz before bed and in the am, 6oz the other two bottles.

Should I up the 6oz bottles in between to 8oz?

Her 4 month visit with the ped isnt until the 28th. Im sure they will have her start on solids then.

Samantha is week younger than Sadie and she takes 5 bottles a day. She doesn't eat as much though. She takes anywhere between 5-6oz. Once in a while 7oz. I would try offering her 8oz and see if she takes it.

Aiden is alittle older but he takes 6-7oz in every bottle & takes about 5 bottles.
i would up it alittle if she doesnt take more then bring it back down

JAZ has about 5-6 bottles anywhere from 5-8oz a day. He slowed down a lot. I do however give oatmeal and a fruit in the morning. So I think that fills him a bit. He was eating close to 7-8oz then dropped back down to 5. It depends on his mood.

Matthew takes about 6-7 6oz-8oz bottles a day. I also throw in a feeding of rice cereal once a day. He'll be 5 months on the 30th.

DS will be 5 months this week but he cut back to 4 bottles at 4 months. Once we intrduced solids he cut back on a bottle.

Hmm. Seems like others are eating way more often a day.

I guess I will offer her 8 at the other two feedings.

Shaylie has about 4-5 bottles a day. I'll offer her 8 oz, sometimes she'll drink it all or she'll leave an ounce. I also give her cereal twice a day. In the morning and at night.

at that age nicholas was drinking 6 ounce bottles 5 X day

4 oz every 2-3 hours still ! Except at night, she gives me a 4-5 hour stretch after she first goes down for the night...

I would like to switch her to larger bottles, but so many times it goes to waste !

My DD takes about 4-5 bottles during the day. She will eat up to 6 oz. Sometimes it's less. She also takes another bottle during the night at 6 oz.

My son will be 4 months on the 28th.

He takes 5 bottles a day. They are 5 1/2 to 6oz bottles.

I feel like he should be drinking more ounces, but he seems content with what we give him, so I will leave it at that for now.

Frankie was taking 5, 7 or 8oz bottles at that time and eating cerael with fruit or veggies( I started feeding him solids at 3 months) His Ped told me to increase his solids to 3 times per day and he eventually decreased one bottle.

Alexa is a little younger but she takes 5 bottles a day about 6-8 oz per bottle. She gets oatmeal and apples for breakfast too.

Lucy drinks anywhere from 5 to 7 bottles (6 oz) within a 24 hour period.
