ETA: that was the highest it ever was, at my ultrascreen it was 151 or so and when I was in L&D for bleeding at 21 weeks it was in the 140's. In fact, I saw the HB and thought the tech was going say  and she said

boy- 1st sono at 6 weeks and 5 days, his HB was 164, at our level II (i was 20 weeks) his HB was 143

first DS was always low (under 155), second has not dropped below 155.
just fyi - my OB mentioned all babies int he first trimester usually have very high HRs.
