tea party shower locations on long island?
Does anyone have any info on places to hold a Baby Shower that does a Tea Party?
I would be having about 20 people (or less). Nassau/Suffolk would be best. Price is definitely a consideration though I don't really have a set price in mind - the cheaper the better though
I found a few places but they were really expensive for what they were offering - not sure if that's the norm for these things.
TIA!

I had mine here and it was excellent. My guests all had a good time and it was very nice. I had roughly 20 people.

Chat Noir in Rockville Center. It's small but could definitely accommodate the amount of people you're having.

Bayard Cutting Arboretum Hidden Oak Cafe does a high tea or general shower that is teaish as well. My bridal shower was there.
There is a tea room in Stony Brook Robinson's Tea Room which does traditional high tea but might be expensive since they will have to close it down to have a party (small scale.)
Milk and Sugar in Bayshore which has been mentioned.

My SIL had her tea party shower at the Vanderbilt Museum. It was very nice. They do have different rooms to accomodate smaller parties.

I was going to suggest here. Its adorable and the food is actually pretty good.
There's a place in Bellmore as well called "The Teapot" that you might want to check out

I had my baby shower (about 25-30 people) at Chat Noir and everything was perfect!! I had heavier foods too and the Chef (Emma I think, it's been 3 years) can really help you customize the menu. I had a delicious soup, salad and I also think we added some quiches. I highly recommend it.

Chat Noir wasn't that pricey, it was around $25 per person. Pretty much the least expensive place I found. There is a 25 person minimum though.
