Dressing Up Spinoff - Pantyhose
Do you wear pantyhose with dresses? I almost always do. I feel like my shoes are uncomfortable without some sort of socks on. I can't wear sandals in the winter. Plus, I get the "chub rub", so I need something on my thighs.
I used to be able to find pantyhose at CVS or Target or other stores and there's nothing available anymore. Have they just become obsolete?

I put never but every once in a blue moon I will wear black panty hose. Maybe twice in the past ten years. If it's really cold out I will wear black tights.

I haven't worn a dress in cold weather in so long so haven't worn stockings or tights in forever.

I put other because I hate my legs so I will only wear dresses in cooler weather so I can wear tights. I actually avoid wearing short dresses in warmer months. I’ll wear a maxi dress but never anything short. It’s annoying and limiting but I just can’t do it!

I wear dresses a lot. In the winter it is usually with black tights. In the summer, I go bare.

No because I find it incrediblly uncomfortable and they honestly don't add any warmth in the winter. I use Sally Hansen Airbrush legs to make my legs look like I have pantyhose on - but without the annoyance of pantyhose

Never. I use the airbrush legs.
I do however wear biker shorts or shortie shorts under dresses..I like that i can bend over with no issue or if the wind blows it will not be an issue.

Pantyhose no; tights yes. They are different things to me.
I live in dresses and skirts and it gets cold where I live. Fleece lined tights are awesome.

I had to wear pantyhose at a retail job I had 25 years ago - I hated them then and I hate them now. I'll wear leggings under dresses in the winter.

Yes, always. I know they are "old ladyish", but I was not blessed with nice legs so they make me look much better when wearing a dress.

It's nice to know I'm not the only one. But, we are definitely in the minority!

My legs look horrible too- white, cellulite, large hair follicles, spider veins. But with Sally Airbrush legs on- my legs look like a legit Barbie doll Self tanners always made my legs look worse by highlighting the issues or sinking into the hair follicles and darkening them. But this is leg makeup- so it provides coverage like a foundation. It actually hides cellulite too... because it kind of blurs everything I no longer wear pantyhose and my legs look amazing.

Another vote for almost always! I pretty much always wear pantyhose to work. I just don't love the look of my bare pale legs with a corporate suit or dress. In the summer sometimes I will go with a bare leg if I have a tan, but it's pretty rare that I am tan these days. Will have to check out the Airbrush Legs mentioned above.
