Tattoo Artist To Change Already Existing Tattoo
Any recommendations?
My husband has this tattoo he designed years ago and wants it changed into something else. He wants to go to someone good and I have no idea where to even begin to look.

Tattoo Artist To Change Already Existing Tattoo
I had a tattoo done at cliffs in Centereach and it was just okay. I went to Black Duck to have it added on to, and Dan re-did the whole tattoo and now it looks amazing! Id definitely check them out!
