how would you handle this ?
Vomiting with food allergies can be very deceiving. It can turn into gastrointestional anaphylaxis. Uncontrollable vomiting for HOURS, potentially leading to dangerous drop in blood pressure and shock. (From experience.)

. That’s horrible but thank god that’s not what this little girl has. Her mom said she vomits 2 or 3 times, then feels better when it’s out of her system.It’s a mild allergy. When she was much younger ,She ate something at the restaurant which was contaminated with allergen and that’s what happened.

It was a completely honest mistake and she has even made it herself.
Move on, act normal. You've gone above and beyond to apologize. Her lack of communication most likely has nothing to do with you. I'm sure when you see her next it will be totally normal.
I agree. I think she probably has no idea you’re stressing over this.

Did you send the gift and note through Amazon? Many times, they do not include the gift receipt/note even if you request it. We've both received mystery gifts and sent gifts that did not include the gift messaging. I think this happens a lot when you are not purchasing from a wish list. So she may have received the gift but doesn't know who it was from.

This is a good point. We have also received gifts from Amazon with no note and had to do some digging to find out who sent it. She might not know it's from you. Or, is it possible the gift was delivered to the wrong address? Did they send you a pic of where the package was left so you know it definitely ended up at the right house?
