one step closer!!
yes, yes... i know. they might not accept the offer and so forth and so on.
but, i won't lie. i am a bit excited that we put our first official offer on a house.
i say official because... there were three houses before this that we attempted to put an offer on but we encountered "if you don't offer $50k over asking price, we won't even consider you."
yeah! crazy.
it's a very cute small house in a great neighborhood. it's turnkey... the only thing we would have to do is personalize it.
i'm already investigating how much the landscaping would cost. i've also caught myself day dreaming of where i'll put all my craft supplies lol.
wish us luck.
we should get a reply sometime today.

The waiting game is so stressful. Definitely keep looking in the meantime since you never know how things will play out. Fingers crossed for you!

Good luck and definitely keep looking. I fell in love and moved into so many houses during my search. I learned to always have a back up to the back up.

i've already done this about 7 times 
this time, i've taken it so far to start planning for my favorite flower... hydrangeas in the front yard lol
but yes, i'm still looking... just in case.
