That's where I shop- it's a couple blocks from my mom's house. She's home with the doors locked. I wonder what happened- some are saying disgruntled employee, others bank robbery? I just don't think that seems likely.

I go there too all the time. 5th pct is saying 6' black male. Has not been captured yet. One article said he fled on a bus.
Someone else posted that it was the shopping cart guy. I see him all the time. He seemed nice, smiled, said hi.
All schools are on lockdown.
ETA: He went to the office to shoot people, not a bank robbery.

The Person of Interest involved is Gabriel DeWitt Wilson, aged 30. He is approximately 6'2" and is wearing a black baseball hat and a black sweatshirt, and was last seen heading westbound on Hempstead Turnpike.

They are saying the shooting happened on the 2nd floor in the managers office.

The sad part about this is that I didn't even blink an eye when I heard. I got a text and email from my daughter's school saying that the school is on lockout due to police activity. I was like "oh, OK. Whatever." We've just become used to this!

I AM SO FED UP WITH THESE SHOOTINGS!!! this hits way too close to home!! If i get fired, I would be sure NOT to walk into my workplace and shoot my former boss!!! This is absolutely ridioculous! ENOUGH!!!!

I’m glad they caught him before he hurt anyone else. Doesn't seem like a random attack so far (why does that make me feel better??) another psycho running around killing people. Just another day
My friend teaches at the high school. Was in lockout all day. Kids were very good about it. And that horrifies me too. They train for this stuff
