Beachbody on demand
Anyone doing this now or has in the past? Please share your experience. I just joined.. I’m still carrying baby weight and my daughter is 3 years old lol  the last straw for me the other day was when my belly roll caused my pajama pants to roll down.. I looked in the mirror and felt so embarrassed and couldn’t believe I let it get to this point. I’m hoping I’ll have some success with following a problem and eating right. Wondering if the program is worth the hype.

I have it! I love the work outs. There is a large variety and you will never be bored. Right now I a doing Control Freak. I sweat A LOT!

i love it and I HATE working out. I was running but it wasn't enough. I still had to tone up. I work full time and have 3 active kids so time is limited. These are great 30 day work outs. You never get bored because each day they work different muscles, etc. I feel so much better after i do them. Definitely worth it and keep doing it!! It gets easier and you can do it!!!

I agree! Dh & I both use it & love it. My favorite was 80 Day Obsession. Dh loves LIIFT 4 & 10 Rounds. I injured my shoulder so I’m easing back in right now with 21 Day Fix & it’s great. We’ve had it for one year now & have been consistent the whole time.

I was looking into this myself. Do you stream it from a computer to your tv or do you watch it on a computer??
I looked into it and I’m pretty sure it wasn’t available to download the app directly onto my Samsung TV.
I absolutely want to use this. I lost a weight and really toned up a long time ago using t-25 and wanted to do BB this time around.

Yea DH and I wanted to do it together using the big TV in LR like we did w t-25
Supposedly a fire stick may work which is stupid because it should just work on smart TVs then
I’ll keep searching for more info

Funny u asked this, bc I tried this today and wasn’t able to download the app to my TV. I used my laptop to workout. Boy am I sore already!! My legs feel like jello it’s a start so I’ll take it lol
