Would you complain to florist for unopened roses?
My dh got me a dozen red roses for my birthday. It is four days later and they never opened and are wilted. I did everything I was supposed to do with water. We stopped using another local place for this reason. Would you call the florist?

Prob not. To me that isnt something they can really control.

My mom got me an arrangement from there too in a glass container, dozen roses included and most did the same.

Yes! I would absolutely call. It takes less than 5 minutes. The worst that can happen is nothing. I think it's worth a shot.

Yes. You paid good money and they should have sent them when they started to open.
My husband no longer purchased flowers from a florist bc it’s so expensive and quality isn’t always there. I prefer a nice bouquet from a super market.

Yes, I would call. That happened to me once and instead of calling, I just decided I won't order from them anymore. $110 for roses ... I should have called. I'm sure they would have liked the opportunity to make it right.

I wouldn't - but my brother did once for flowers he got our mom and I think they sent her a new arrangement.

Yes I would. In fact I have called on more than one occasion about a different issue in terms of quality and they have always sent out a replacement. They are quite expensive so I personally wouldnt just let it go. As a previous poster said... it doesnt take much time to call to "complain". Pretty much the same amount of time it takes to read this post and respond =)

I would call. More so just to give them a heads up. Maybe they got a crappy batch and if nobody complained, they may not even know!
If they are a customer friendly shop, they should make good on your purchase by sending you a new arrangement. If they don’t, I wouldn’t go back to them. That’s how I’d decide if they are worth another shot in the future
