Fast passes - which rides and order of park visit?

Which rides are a must for a 12 or 15 yo? 12 yo doesnt like roller coasters and neither do i so 15 yo will have to go alone.

Going to do fast passes for early September trip.

Which order should i visit parks in for 4 days?

We have friday-monday 4 full days for epcot, MK, AK, Hollywood.

No sit down dining planned.

Which parks? I have all 4 below with some of their more popular rides/FP selections for older kids. Have fun!

Animal Kingdom-
Flight of Passage is supposed to be amazing-haven't done it yet, going in August
If not your speed, Navi is the other new ride in Pandora

Safari
Expedition Everest (Roller Coaster)
Dinosaur

Hollywood Studios-
Slinky Dog Dash (family friendly roller coaster)
Toy Story Mania
You can only get one of the two above because they are tier one

Tower of Terror
Rock n Roller Coaster (roller coaster)
Star Tours

Epcot-
Soarin'
Test Track
Mission Space (Not for people who get motion sick!!)
Frozen

Magic Kingdom-
All of the mountains (Splash, Big Thunder, Space)
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train (Family friendly roller coaster)
Peter Pans Flight also gets quite a long line

TY! I could also use advice on which order to visit parks in. We are doing MK, epcot, Hollywood and AK. Land around 9am on Friday and monday is last full day.

Re: Fast passes - which rides and order of park visit?

My suggestions for fast passes:

Animal Kingdom:

1. Flights of Passage (this is virtual reality simulated ride and is absolutely incredible)
2. Kali River Rapids (the line for this is nuts)
3. Safari (also long lines for this)

(Expedition Everest is also good, but there is a single rider line for your daughter who likes coasters).

Hollywood Studios:

1. Slinky Dog Dash (this is brand new family friendly coaster with great reviews)
- - > if every one is dead set against coasters, then Toy Story Mania
2. Hollywood Tower of Terror (free fall ride)
3. Star Tours

(Rockin' Roller Coaster again is good, but also has single rider line)

EPCOT:

This is the hardest park to pick fast passes. All the good rides are on the same tier and you can only fast pass one of the following:
- Soarin'
- Test Track
- Frozen Ever After
- Meet & Greet @ character spot
- Fireworks (not generally a good use of a fast pass)

All other rides are on second tier and you get 2.

Magic Kingdom:

My family gets fast passes for the same rides every single trip - Peter Pan, 7 Dwarf Mine Train, and Splash Mountain. AND, we generally do MK two days per trip, and get the same 3 for each of the two days. We also manage to ride It's a Small World, Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain, Haunted Mansion, tea cups & Dumbo, together with character meet and greets mixed in on the two days. Not to mention see a parade and fireworks.

As for the order of which park on what day - try to find a crowd calendar (I think Kenny the Pirate has one for no fees), and arrange your days in accordance with the anticipated crowds so that you are in the lowest crowd park.

HTH! Have a fun trip.

for which park on which day... you can google crowd calendars or the park hours and go from there. i usually don't go to the park that has "extra magic hours" that day... because those days tend to be more crowded at that specific park. and last August, we went to Magic kingdom on a day that there were closing at like 7 for the halloween party (special ticket event) so since it was a short day there, a lot of people didn't go there that day... so it wasn't as crowded....

Don't give up. Check back often because things open up. We're leaving in a few weeks and we just switched our park schedule around. That meant we gave up our fast passes for Flights of Passage.

for FOP, use the "modify" function on a FP you don't care for in MDE and check that way. They release FP about 10ish AM EST right until the day of

It's an amazing ride. If you can't get a FP, rope drop it for shortest wait time.

Keep trying! We booked a last minute trip for a couple weeks from now and there were no Flights of Passage passes for any time slot for the whole week we are there. But DH and I have been going on MDE frequently and we eventually scored them!

What is MDE?
What is rope drop? Park Opening time?

Re: Fast passes - which rides and order of park visit?

MDE = My Disney Experience App. Invaluable tool to have. Shows wait times, ride closures, you can see your reservations etc

Rope drop = park opening. Try to be there earlier rather than later for rope drop

Thanks! Yikes! DDs would probably rather sleep in and stay at park late at night.
