We take DS to see her for Spasticity Clinic and to get Botox shots. She has great bedside manner and is very thorough.

She is AMAZING. My daughter has cerebral palsy and we met Dr Semel back when Lila was transferred from stonybrook to st Charles for pediatric rehab. She is a godsend. The best bedside manner, and her NP is phenomenal as well. I honestly believe she has Lila’s best interests at heart. I almost wish we could see her more frequently than every 6 months lol. is this a regular pediatrician? we love ours in riverhead but will probably need a new one if we move west .

I thought she was a regular pediatrician, my insurance gave me her name because she is free on our plan but looking at some responses maybe she is not. I am going to have to call and see.

I don’t believe she’s a regular pediatrician. I mean she is but she doesn’t do general pediatrics I believe. She’s a physiatrist who specializes in rehab especially with pediatric patients. She’s done phenomenal work. She runs the inpatient rehab program at st Charles.
