Christmas Spectacular PSA
Get there way earlier than you think you should. We got there 45 minutes early and still missed the first 20 minutes of the show because of the security line.

That's crazy!! Really messed up on their part. I mean it's great they have security, but they should be able to get everyone in before show time!

omg I went on Saturday for the 10pm show and it was a MESS! We got there at 9:15 and barely made it in for the show, the line wrapped around the whole building all the way to the front and was poorly directed. We were shocked.

See I can't
I can't deal with paying a LOT of money for a show and then having to wait out in the cold on a line for over an hour to get in when I have TICKETS. Especially with my daughter. She would be done before the show even started.

Wow I went last week and didn't have that experiance at all. We arrived at 10:15 for the 11am show. Got out of the car and walked right in. We breezed through security and were in our seats with snacks and drinks by 10:35.
I will say you should go early if you plan to buy souvenirs and do that before the show starts. We waited until after to do that and the lines were long.

did you go on a weekend?
The security line has been like this every single time we have went on the weekend...wrapped around and slow as can be. We get there super early though.
The most annoying part is the aisles being blocked by all the latecomers, and you miss so much of the show. I complained one year because a good 15 minutes we couldn't see anything. I was so mad!!!!!

Same thing happened to us, it was our first time so we had no clue they just started the show. There was a point on line where the ticket scanners broke down too so we were waiting for them to be replaced so security can continue scanning. We even went in and got on line getting snacks and drinks...nobody told us anything different. I had no idea we even missed so much until I realized there is no intermission...the show just ends.

I'm guessing it is out of luck. I've been twice, by both in November. Once on a Sunday morning and another time Friday evening -both times surprise from DH for my birthday- and it was pretty easy. Maybe because it was in November, would be my guess.

I went on a weekday and didn't experience any issue. We got there a bit early, maybe 20-30 minutes and really didn't wait. there were some latecomers blocking views for a few minutes but no issues. This was a 2PM show during the week, but it was full

I'm with you. I would be highly pissed if I paid all that money for tickets and had to wait an hour to get in and miss the show..nope not happening.

Sorry to hear so many bad experiences. I was there on Monday. Security was maybe 20 minutes max. We had plenty of time to get our seats, snacks, etc.
