Barbados anyone?
We are thinking of Barbados for my 40th. I would love recommendations for anything...where to stay, eat, what to do? Thanks!

Barbados anyone?
I was there many years ago. Stayed in the St. Lawrence Gap area. I think the hotel I stayed in is no longer there (the name has changed). I like that area - mostly smaller hotels, and a stretch of restaurants, bars, shops etc, all within walking distance.

We did not rent a car. We hired a driver for a whole day, to take us all around the island to see everything. Loved it there!

Barbados anyone?
We stayed at the coconut beach resort, short drive to the st Lawrence gap area. We rented a car for 1 day to see around the island.
Beaches are all public, great food, had fun at the weekend fish fryi n Oistins.
