Handicap Sticker?
Does anyone know off hand if you can apply for a handicap sticker online or do you have to go down to the DMV in person?

Handicap Sticker?
In NYC you apply by mail with the DOT, with written documentation by your doctor about the need for one.

My MIL recently applied for one. She's in the Town of Islip - had to get the application from the Town's Website and mail it in and she also had to get her doctor to sign off on it.

you can print the application off the website have your doctor fill it out and then the best is to bring it in. Someone can bring it for you if you can't. They just have to bring your license.
