Vit B shots
Does anyone get them? If so, where do you go. I have heard of people talking about it but never inquired. I feel lately I have no energy. I am borderline vegetarian. I know my eating has a bit to do with it.

Vit B shots
I used to get them. My primary care doctor administed them. I was deficient and supplements were not helping.

I get the b12 shot. I was low I could tell. I was getting dizzy. I wold get really tired and than bounce back
I have to get them for six months. I feel so much better. I have so much energy and I I could totally feel the difference. I get it from my primary care dr once a month.

I didn't know primary drs do this. Not sure mine does. I always thought that you had to go to a specialized dr to do this. Only looking into it now.

No you don't need a specialist. Your Primary doctor will need to do a blood workup to make sure that you are actually deficient and that a supplement won't be enough.
