(Triple) Communion party venue
We're planning a combined communion party for my DD and 2 of her cousins. Looking for a venue for about 120ppl in Nassau or Queens. I think it'll likely have to be a catering hall or buy out of a restaurant ? We want to avoid it feeling like a mini wedding though.
Only caveat, it needs to be wheelchair accessible or have very few steps.

Irish American Society in Mineola - you can rent the hall and bring in your own catering and there is lots of space for the kids.
They set up the tables and do clean up

I went to a party at K-Pacho in New Hyde Park. They have a private room down stairs. It was pretty nice and the food was good.

Hendricks in roslyn. I went to a wedding there 2 weeks ago. Food and service were both top notch. I can't wait to go back and have dinner. Reallly impressed.
Also look at kyma and limani.

Check VFW halls, or knights of Columbus some I think would hold that many.
KOC in Oceanside has 2 rooms

We did a triple communion at the Royal Palm for that amount of people. Didn't feel as fancy as a wedding but was good for a bunch of kids running around and was a really good price.
