I posted same question 3 weeks ago so check that out too
I just opened mine this week and made a whole rotisserie chicken, swedish meatballs and spaghetti squash with meat sauce. I also have planned a chickpea soup
I joined 3 groups on FB there are thousands of people using IPs and so many recipes. I am always looking and saving the healthier ones
