Family skiing
We are already thinking about the winter...
What is your favorite Northeast ski resort with a good ski school? We are thinking of going for 4-5 days.

My daughter took lessons at Pico in Vermont. You probably can't go wrong with any of the ski mountains in Vermont.

it wouldn't be 4 or 5 days... but, my husband took my son starting when he was 4 to Campgaw mountain in NJ. its a great place to learn/ practice for them- not too big.

Okemo in VT is very family friendly. I think Jimny Peak on MA would be good too

I would recommend either Smuggler's Notch, Okemo or Mont Tremblant.

we went to smugglers notch this past winter and it's amazing. So much to do, and the lessons are great, ski school all day so you can actually ski and enjoy and we have a now 1 yr old and he went to the day care there. it was great,

We have done Camelback, Shawnee, Okemo, VT and Mont Tremblant, Canada. Okemo was great but my heart is in Mont Tremblant. The kids learned so much in Okemo but they were really challenged in Mont Tremblant.

Jimny could be risky with snow conditions since it isn't high up. Plus their ability to make snow isn't that good.
If you can make the trip check out Smuglers Notch in VT. Awesome ski program and very family friendly mountain. Plus its high enough that you will have better snow/conditions.
