Anyone getting the Nintendo Switch?
The Nintendo Switch comes out today. Has anyone been looking into it? One of my coworkers pre-ordered it, so I should get a review of it on Monday from him.
I just got a Sony PS VR headset, so I can't spend money on another system yet, but if reviews are good, I may think about it for Christmas.

I'm dying for it! But can't spend the money on it right now. womp womp. Maybe DH and I will split it for Mother's Day/Father's Day/Wedding Anniversary.

Are you kidding? I'm still waiting on being able to get the NES classic for my husband!! I was going to get it for him for hanukkah/christmas, then valentines day, and now maybe I can get it for him for father's day "from the baby" (though, who am I kidding, I am due the day after father's day so there's a good chance that for father's day I will be making him a father as his present).

I want it!!!!! Not sure when I'll pull the trigger though. LOVE Nintendo games, they are my favorite and this system looks so cool!

Yes we got one today. We were lucky enough to get the preorder. Unfortunately for my husband I'm using it as a prize for our PTA Basket Dinner lol.

I have no idea what this is, but I did read a review today.
Buyer Beware.
If you have a game and save your progress, the progress is saved internally. There is no way to save the progress to an external source ie: micro sd card.
So if you got to level 25 and your switch stops working you will loose all progress in any game. Plus if internal storage is full, well you either delete something or are SOL.

I have a Neon switch that best buy sent me instead of black i asked for. Its already a headache dealing Best Buy with this so i just may sell it.
In regards to saving, i'm sure they will fix the saving situation soon.

Another reason I want to wait a while. I did pre-order the PS4, and got it on release day, but I figured that Sony had most of these types of issues dealt with, since it was a new version of an existing platform, so it shouldn't be a big issue.
However, with a totally new platform, there are bound to be issues that haven't been thought of before.

I have a New NEON Switch up for grabs at cost if anybody here is interested. I pre-ordered a few, sold a few and now, i need to unload my last one. I don't do ebay so i'm looking for a personal connection for this.
