Where do you pierce ears these days?
When I was younger you went to one of those accessory places at the mall or a jewelry store. But now, I really have no idea where people do this...can anyone recommend somewhere reputable and safe in the Western Suffolk area? TIA!

Where do you pierce ears these days?
I go to tattoo Lou's for piercing, even had my ears pierced there years ago after my ears got infected from one of the mall places (I think piercing pagoda) but so many people using the piercing places in the mall without issues!

I really don't want to go to Piercing Pagoda. I was thinking of a tattoo parlor since they are probably quite sanitary but I just feel weird saying I took my 6 year old there.

just make sure you have the waiver form filled out and notarized if you have a child

it will be the best cleanest place to go. I'd rather there with a real professional instead of some 17 yr old girl doing it.

Where do you pierce ears these days?
We went to Piercing Pagoda. I thought they were great. They did both ears at the same time and had a great selection of earrings. They put clean/new piece at the end of the gun when they did them. DD was also 6 and very anxious and it turned out great, not even an yelp : ).

Piercing pagoda at smithaven did my dd's both times. They did it at the same time so it was done very quickly.

I took my niece there last summer, they were great! They did both ears at the same time upon my request...and they gave her a gift bag with the cleaning solution. She did great & then we went to Starbucks for a treat. For a kid I feel like it's a better atmosphere than a tattoo parlor.
