I think it would depend on what lead to the screaming and what was said. If you're upset, you should talk to HR.

I don't think it's ever appropriate in a workplace setting for anyone to scream at anybody. That being said, I'm sure you were embarrassed (I would be). I would let HR know. That person has to know it's unacceptable, I don't care if he's the CEO.

That is never acceptable. I would go to HR - they should know what is going on and hopefully make sure it never happens again. An apology to you would be called for too
