Home Off market...

I've been eyeing a new build and it's been on market since late last winter. It's just been pulled off the market. Does this mean it's under contract or would they be changing the price? Is this a bad time to have a home on the market? I want to call the agent but we are not ready to make a move just yet.

dont know the answer but be careful with new construction properties. They dont know what the taxes are. Even if they are listed, they are not accurate.

It could be under contract, could be the contract with the real estate agent expired. If you know the builder, you could call them and ask. If not, you can pm me the listing, and I might know the builder name. I looked at a bunch of new construction over the last year.

Looks like a price change. The taxes are the wild card. I need the home price to be under a certain amount to account for a large tax increase. The taxes are listed but it's for the old home which was high enough Chat Icon very hard to gauge what the true payment would be Chat Icon I really am starting to hate the setup of my house Chat Icon
