Just called again if you filed after 7/1 checks won't be sent until march. I complained that the letter they sent me dated 7/8 stated file by 9/1 and receive a check by December. They said since its new this year they are trying to figure stuff out. Way to go NYS

Just called again and was told nothing was processed!! WTH. Guy told me 2/20 it was processed....they said call back in 3 weeks :/

FINALLY got mine today... much later than I initially expected based on the letter I got in July, earlier than what they last updated me with! I DO NOT like this star thing not being adjusted with the mortgage

I received a letter stating we do not qualify for the check because we received it on this years taxes from previous owners...

I received a letter last June to register on the state website. Not applying for star because we did that prior.

We filed for star when we bought the house a few ago, were we supposed to fill something else out this year or is it automatically generated??

When did you buy? The check is for houses bought after 2014.
