In need of christening gift ideas for our Godson
Long story short - our (DH and myself) godson is using a family christening outfit and already has a cross. Other than money, any ideas what else we can give him the day of the event?

In need of christening gift ideas for our Godson
We had to go to godparent class. And the best takeaway was to pick a saint for them and celebrate it every year. So every saint day we picked I send them a gift. For the christening we also got them a medal with that Saint.

Love this. You could pick a Saint whose feast day falls on the day of the christening, or one who shares his name.

Great suggestion, but he will be baptized into the Methodist faith and as per my sil they don't believe/have saints.
But I will keep this in mind for any future godchildren.
