If I was a celeb I would always have someone with me
If a crazy fan came up to me I would want someone to hand the baby too and run the other way
Maybe this nurse takes the baby in the car so paparazzi don't follow the kid
As a celeb there could be a million reasons. Could be for anyone really

It also could be a nanny in scrubs. A lot of people in day cares were scrubs because it's just easier.

I wear scrubs and I am not even close to a medical professional. They sell them to anyone and they are comfortable.
The woman has a scrub top over what looks like sweatpants. She is probably a nanny.

I think she's like a baby nurse, which is a glorified term for a nanny. I don't think it's a registered medical nurse.

I keep coming back to this post and looking at the pictures. Does anyone else feel like she looks so unhappy? I know it's hard to tell because you really only see her face in 2 pictures, but I just get the feeling she's depressed. Or maybe she just has RBF and I'm way off.

makes me sick that a mother and her child cannot play in the park without the paps snapping pics of the kid in a friggin sandbox.
hate that.

OMG the nurse is afraid because jessica has the baby (HER SON) HI yea her SON...
all i saw was a cute pic of a mom and her son.
AND If i could afford help everyday like that I WOULD! and so would all of you. so we can all take our mother of year awards and chill out LOL

I got the same type of impression as you (although I doubt she's a "nurse"). Her body language looks like she's ready to catch him or pounce if needed. No need to see the face.
eta- Plus the fact that they seem to be hovering over her and him.
