Please post your review if your child attends any of these schools or if you have heard anything good/ bad about them. If you love your nursery school and it's not one of these please recommend that too! I'm looking for something part time for 3yrs old

Tutor Time in Massapequa
Maria Regina Nursery
St. Gregory's Nursery
Montessori Children's School

Thank you!

I don't have experience with any of the ones you posted.

My son currently goes to Presbyterian Community School for Pre-K. I love the program there. They have an afternoon enrichment (science & cooking) 2 days a week so he goes from 9-2:30 2 days/week, which will help him be ready for K in the fall. They also have a 3 year old program.

He went to Community Nursery School on Park Blvd for the 3 year old program, and while it was a great program, it is more play based and social. He was definitely loved and nurtured there.

Both schools are great - it just depends on what you are looking for. I suggest you tour everything you can.

I was a Presbyterian kid. My mom loved it but that was 40 years ago!! I did the 2 year old Mommy and Me program there with DD and we loved it. If I still lived in Massapequa I would've absolutely sent her there.

My friend has used tutor time in Massapequa for all 3 of her kids and loves them. She still has 1 child attending and can't say enough wonderful things about them. I also know someone who works there and always raves about what a great place it is.

Not sure where in Massapequa is inconvenient but in Seaford/Plainedge area off Hicksville Road there is Toddler Time (located at little village school).

Can anyone make any other recommendations for nursery schools in the Massapequa / Seaford area?

I can't believe Maria Regina is already full for September, I am on a wait list. Has anyone been called because of a spot opening up?

What about St. William in Seaford? My coworker's daughter is sending her DS there.

It is just one town further than Seaford- both my kids went to Pixie in Wantagh. They have a great program and all the teachers are wonderful. Both my kids had others in their class from Massapequa and Seaford.
