I agree, After 18 months, I would just round to the nearest half year.
This reminds me of something funny that happened when DS was 10 months old... We were out shopping & the cashier asked how old he was, so I replied "10 months"... she goes "what?? I don't understand baby time... Is that like the same as a year?"

2 is my cutoff. Ds is 21 months right now which to me is more then a year and a half but not close enough to 2. Lately I've been saying he will be 2 on new years Eve cuz I've been losing track of how many months he is Lol
