Look at sundancecatalog.com. They have lots of dresses that would look great with those boots. ( sorry - Im on an iPad and can't post pics)

I have a similar white eyelet dress I got in Century 21 for about $20......you can definitely find less expensive white eyelet!

I have this - I love it.
The boots & vest thing isn't at all my personal style, I go to the preppy route, but it would definitely work and look adorable with this dress.
