Farmhouse table
Any idea where to look for this table, I love it but not a fan of PB furniture.

Farmhouse table
There's a place in the walbaums/ michaels shopping center on sunrise highway in Massapequa that has a few types of farmhouse tables. Bil has been trying to decide between them and Peter Andrews

I have Kincaid furniture for my dining & bedroom. The quality is better than excellent. It is solid.
I am not sure what color you are looking for, but this is their Farmhouse table.
I get all my expensive furniture from NC, so you may want to go that route to save money. Up here it will be a lot more. www.kincaidfurniture.com/item_detail.cfm?pid=6562

Farmhouse table
Look online for farmhouse table makers or fabricators. There are quite a few.
Three years ago I found someone great in Rhode Island who made me a custom farmhouse table from reclaimed wood. I paid $1200. It was an easy drive from the ferry for me to pick it up with DH's truck. When I got there to load it, he told me happily that he had just been featured in the NY Times Sunday magazine.

I spent around 5k for my bedroom set and about 6k for my dining set. BUT these are sets you will never replace, so I didn't think it was that expensive. That also included shipping from NC

No I went to a dealer up here to see the quality/set then ordered down there. I saved about 1500-2k. The taxes are crazy here.
ETA: I dealt with Carolina Rustica down there, and they were excellent. The way I found them was I went on BBB for furniture stores then called a couple for price quotes and wound up going with them. I used them for both of my sets.

Are you getting chairs or a bench for it? I ask because we had a bench on one side of our dining table growing up and it was annoying to get up. People would have to lean over or move over so you could straddle your legs. Just a thought.

We live in ct but we go tombedford hills ny to country willow. We bought our dining table and chairs and bedroom dressers. Love them. Everything is made for you so it takes a while but we will never buy this stuff again. We love it they have beautiful stuff.
