Two girlfriends coming for lunch - what should I serve?
Any ideas? I am willing to cook or cater, just can't think of anything great.

I like the idea of a salad. How about Chicken Caesar? I make my salad (romaine, croutons, tomatoes, and parm cheese) and then I marinate my chicken in Caesar dressing (I like Cardinis). I also slice my chicken horizontally, so one breast becomes two thinner pieces. I grill and it's done.
