not that I have noticed you have to usually order I think minimally 1-2 days before you need it

You have to order it - I had ordered a large one for DH's 30th last year, I think I placed the order 1 week before, might have been 2 weeks, and I called mid-week the week of the party to make sure everything was going to be OK.

Not always. I know the one in Farmingdale sometimes has 1 or 2 of the platters or heroes available in the freezer bins in front of the deli area, but it's hit or miss.
