I feel so bad for you and your son. I cant imagine how angry you must have been standing in the parking lot. I probably would have broken in like on National Lampoons Vacation when they break into Wally World!!

Oh my goodness...I am so sorry...my heart hurts for your son. I'm glad that you were able to salvage the day somehow.
Someone posted a link to JUMP FB page, but I found another. I'm having trouble linking to FB...just search JUMP RONKONKOMA.
Looks like they had posts up to mid December.

also, if you put in a pizza order, and they were ordering from a local place, would you know which one? maybe you can call them and ask if an order was every placed/canceled.

You know whats strange? If you go to their website and view their open play schedule, it says open play every day up until the 20th and then it just says CLOSED on the 20th. And thats the week the kids were off of school, so I can't imagine they would normally just close. Maybe they had some kind of emergency? Roof leak?
Still, its unacceptable that no one called you or responds to you!

Thank you! Part of me wants to wait until after I try to go there in person so he can't be prepared for my discussion. My contract shows he's the one I booked the party with over the phone. I knew something was up when he said I could have gotten the groupon deal directly through him. I'm sure he rather grabbed my money directly then having it go through groupon.

Groupon is good for trying to promote some business that are almost out of business. Then by time you get it to use it, they don't exist. I had 1 business was pretty much a scam once goolged and the other didn't realize the site was down and had the wrong phone number listed. Made me question Groupon and similar sites.

I use Groupon and similar sites all the time and never ran into such an issue!

I drove by there almost everyday during break. The place looked packed. Cars were parked on Ocean Ave.

I went to a kids party on a Sunday morning and the place forgot to open. The host went into a neighboring store and that owner happened to have the bouncy place owners number 40 minutes wasted until she got there. She ended up getting the party for free and added onto the favors she already had all sorts of stuff and added ice cream sundaes.
