Jillian Michaels vs T25
First of all is there a comparison? I have Jillian Michaels 90 days and love it but is T25 more intense?

T25 can be more intense if you want it to be, and there is also a modifier to make it easier. You can really adjust it to your preference. Lmk if you have any more questions!
