Soap net?
Just turned on this station because there's usually old 90210 re-runs on and it says they "ceased operations on 12/31".
I hope they are coming back.
More and more I feel like I am paying Cablevision for nothing, and yet, the bill keeps going up........

It's gone for good :( I loved old episodes of 90210 and Gilmore girls. I was really sad to hear they took the channel off. It's both verizon and cablevision

It's not cablevision, it's the network. ABC/Disney announced a while ago that they were ending the network.

Yeah, I get that. I'm just talking in general......it feels like there is nothing good on BASIC Cablevision, yet, the bill keeps going up.
I don't have premium channels and my bill is now $184/month.

I'd call and threaten to cancel or see if you can switch to Fios. Every time they try to raise prices on us to something ridiculous, we manage to prevent it and we live in Brookhaven where we can't switch to Fios. I pay $135 for pretty much everything but Cinemax and HBO. We get free Showtime, Encore, and Starz. Before we paid $135, we paid $131.
I think they announced like 3 years ago that Soapnet was going off the air. That was such a good channel.

I used to love Soapnet when it first came out. Classic soaps like Ryan's Hope, Dallas, Dynasty. Such a throwback. Lately it's been all new stuff so I lost interest.

Soap net?
I put on channel 68 just to see for myself and I got so sad.
I know I'm a dork but ever since One Life to Live went off air I would record the reruns on Soapnet and watch them at night. Now I can't and it makes me sad..lol

I'm sad about this. It was my default channel for background noise while I was doing stuff around the house. I also loved watching GH at night, since I don't DVR it. I'm never going to see GH anymore!

Do you have Cablevision? If so, GH is on demand. ( It's under prime time shows though)They also have episodes online I think starting the day after it airs & for about a week.
I DVR it, but it is often interrupted by breaking news or weather reports.
I used it as my go -to not really paying attention channel to. I should probably just turn the TV off.
