Try Gazelle.com - it's worth around $40 if it's in good condition! Not sure what Verizon is taking them back for.

I agree. My 4 is in perfect, I mean, PERFECT condition and I'd hope to get more than 40 beans if I ever sold it!

I traded in my 4S white, 16gb with verizon for $200 so I pretty much got a free upgrade to 5S this year. You should try them first.

I just sold mine on (verizon-perfect working order) ebay for 155.00...
and DH's (which was in perfect working condition - but had pixel lines on the screen) for "parts" for 72.00

Ebay! That's how i'm selling my 4S!
My 16gb Verizon 4S just sold on Ebay for $260. I sold it with an Otterbox, a battery case, and one other cheap case.
Definitely try Ebay!
