Radio city Christmas spectacular. Silly question...
We are taking Dd ( 4 y.o.) to see the show.
Do you get dressed up? I'm debating dressing comfortably to walk around the city or get a little more dressed to take pics and make it more special.

You can go either way.
We got dressed up because I wanted to make a day of it and take a few pics. I wanted the kids to feel like it was a special occasion which they did.
It wasn't that much walking and they didn't complain at all of being uncomfortable.

we went yesterday... my hubby and I wore jeans and nice sweaters... DD1 wore legging uggs and like longer sweaer dresses.DD2 a lil carters outfit
some wee dressed up and some wore t shirts.
the show was great!!!!

Radio city Christmas spectacular. Silly question...
when i went 2 years ago there was kids/families that were dressed and others that were not. we spend the day in the city - seeing the tree, going to the american girl store etc so it was about comfort for us.

We went a few years ago with another couple. DH and I both wore jeans, nice shirts and dress shoes/boots. The other couple wore jeans and sweaters.

I would dress comfortable but dress DD up a little more. As long as the shoes are comfortable, you're good. Otherwise my kid would be a nightmare with walking.

I vote dress nice but comfy. My dd loved walking around and seeing all the buildings with the huge decorations outside.

We are going on Wednesday. I was thinking of putting DD in a dress with tights and boots but I'm wondering if she will complain that her legs are cold.

Actually it's suppose to be a high of 47 tomorrow and Wednesday, I'd probably do something a little warmer for her legs.

The past several times, we went after work and were dressed business casual.
But, I've worn jeans to Broadway shows and they are much "fancier" than the Radio City Christmas Spectacular.
I would just wear jeans.
