Crashing - Anxiety Meds??
Hi All, so sorry to crash, but DH and I are TTC and I'm having some major anxiety issues (lots going on, possibility of MIL moving in with us and other things). I was just wondering if anyone took anything during their pregnancy to reduce anxiety - I really don't want to take anything dangerous.

Crashing - Anxiety Meds??
I was on anxiety meds with my first DC. I gradually lowered the dosage over time. Right now I'm ~7w pregnant and still on them.

This is my third pregnancy. With my first I was able to wean off meds while ttc. With my second I weaned when I found out I was pregnant.
This pregnancy is much different and I along with my doc made the decision to stay on the meds. It was the right choice for me. I can honestly say I don't think I could have gotten this far in the pregnancy (32 weeks today) without them.
Of course there are risks but everything looks great with DS3. He's active, measuring right where he should be and looks perfect.
