i'm currently working on mine... since DS is 18 and i no longer have to worry about a guardian.
mine is easy... DS gets EVERYTHING (not that i have much, but it's all his)

Yes.
I had a will, power of attorney and health care proxy done prior to my divorce papers being filed.
I was doing a lot of traveling and wanted to make sure everything was taken care of so that my exDH didn't have control or received any of my assets god forbid something happened to me.

Yes we have one, and we don't have children yet either. It sets forth what I want if/when I die, and how our assets will be split should both of us go at the same time. Once we have kids, it will be updated with guardianship. I also have a living will specifying medical care in severe events.

Yes dh and I have wills, poa & healthcare proxy. We have small children and I wanted them protected and cared for god forbid the worst were to happen.

Yes.
We had one drafted when I was pg and added the kids' names once they were born.
The attorney we used thought of so many things regarding the kids... inclusing the "Lisa Marie" clause.
