This is long overdue....
Can anyone recommend a place to clean and preserve my wedding gown lol. (I'm a 2010 bride lol)?
It's been hanging up in my old room at my mom's, and now it's hanging on the door in our spare br.
Anywhere south of Jericho typk and as far east as the meadowbrook will work.
(Oh, also around meliville route110 area will work too. DH can drop it off when he goes to work)

This is long overdue....
Any dry cleaners can do it....
And don't feel bad. I was married in may 2009 and its still hanging dirty in my DS's closet and I have zero intentions of doign anything with it.

Gosh its been 5 years since I had mine done, but I feel like it was called WeddingDressPreservation.com - they sent me a box, prepaid, cleaned it, preserved it, and sent it back. A+++

I had mine cleaned at a reg dry cleaners but not sure about preservation. I sold mine right after my wedding and it was prob one of the best decisions made.

This is long overdue....
I had a fantastic experience with David's Bridal -- I did not buy my dress there, but their preservation services are open to everyone. It was cleaned and packaged beautifully -- I also included my veil and monogrammed handkerchief in the box. I don't remember the exact price but feel it was very reasonable.

I was living in Long Beach at the time, and the nearest dry cleaner did wedding gown preservation. It's in a box now in one of my closets. I think it was a little over $100.00 at the time (2007).

ummmmm yeah I'm '10er too and not only is my dress hanging in my DS's closet w/a big stain down the front - not sure how it got there but I also have yet to get my wedding album or video.
I'm pretty sure like others have said, you can pretty much go to any dry cleaners. I notice that they usually have a sign in the window stating that they preserve dresses.

This is long overdue....
I got married in November and havent done this yet. I would love to make a christaning outfit out of it but not sure if I can. My dress was very girly so if I have a boy then I'm screwed LOL
I heard David's Bridal will do it for $200 and $100 if you bought your dress there.

Mine too. It's hanging on the back door of my old bedroom when I was a little kid. And my mom has not even bothered me to have it moved. Which I find quite odd. One day I will get it cleaned and boxed away.
