How many bottles?

How many bottles should I get for when they come home? I think right now I have around 15 bottles but I'm not sure if thats too little or too much.

Re: How many bottles?

Mine ate about 8 times a day in the beginning so 15-16 are plenty. If you're planning on throwing everything in the dw once a day, thats totally fine. I have 9 bottles but I handwash throughout the day. I dont bother with the dw bc I dont like how it cleans the nipples.

Mine also ate 8 times a day, but we use playtex drop ins so we didn't need as many bottles just nipples. We had about 20 I think

That's about what we had .. then once they were drinking 5-6oz+ it went down to 12 8oz bottles and now they only have 2 per baby per day (things to look forward to! haha)

Re: How many bottles?

16 is perfect. I only had 12 and I was doing bottles twice a day because they ate 8 times a day.

I had 22 I would prefill them with water and put in stove top to keep room temperature and prefilles formula dispensers this way I was always fully stocked and prepared came in handy when I was suddenly hospitalized for a week
