I'm excited I can bring him since I have no one to watch him & have been wanting to check out Team Extreme for a while...

I am sorry that we did not make it. I drove up and down 25 for 15 minutes and could not find it Out of desperation I stopped at NYSC to see if it was some how connected and they "trapped me" and wouldn't let me leave. They told me if I wanted someone to "yell at me" that they were more than happy to do so 
Sorry I missed out. I am sure DS would have had more fun with the other LIF kiddies rather than the kids' room. For my own sanity, can someone please tell me what building it was in? I tried calling their other location and only got the machine.

Yep. Same thing happened. Thèy changed their venue. I called 3 times until I got done one and he gave me the correct address. They changed venues but didn't let us know. So we got there late, but everything started later. It was fun but not what I expected. I wanted more of a workout, as I arranged this to be my Saturday workout. I needed more, but DS had a ball once they had them do something. They started out in a small room with toys, not doing anything fitness related. But then they ran and climbed with us which was fun!
Then smack dab in the middle of the workout, we had to "take a break" to talk to a girl in a room who thought we were all ready to start up some kind of diet support group. I just wanted to work out!!!!
I know it was free, so I shouldn't complain But I came wanting to sweat! Cai kept asking what was next, and I kept having to say that was it! Lol.... So he liked it. Just wish they gave us a little more so we could get a better sense of the class they offer! The facility was great!

They made me sweat at NYSC I can assure you of that! I 'm going to ask LIF to reimburse my membership fee if they suck me in after the free two week guest pass they gave me!

Yes! Put DS in the kiddie room and took me on a tour and had me work out for an hour! They kept saying that it was "meant to be" and it was a "sign"

I won 3 free personal training sessions. If anyone is interested they can have them. I haven't even used my free personal training sessions from my local gym yet, I don't see myself driving out to Ronkonkoma to work out.
