Girls Clothes - shopping

Where do you shop for your DD?

She could use a few fall/winter outfits and I'm not loving the selection at our regular places.

She got these cute brown shoes, but I can't find anything decent to match. I even went to a few other stores, where I don't normally shop and brown seems to be lacking.

I went to

Kohls
Target
Childrens Place
Justice
Old Navy

I've gotten things from ON, Gap, TCP, and Kohls so far.

I think Hannah Andersson has some really nice things. It's expensive though, and my kids are rough on their clothes. I've also seen some cute things at Macy's.

The Gap had a bunch of things that would go with brown. They have some cute collections this year.

Re: Girls Clothes - shopping

I mostly shop at the following stores:
Gymboree
Gap
Old Navy
Children's Place
Lord & Taylor
Target

If I can't find what I want in the above, I go to Macy's, Crazy 8, Janie and Jack, Hannah Anderson, Lands' End, and Nordstroms.

DD is to young for Crew Cuts, Justice, Ambercrobie, and American Eagle.

How old is your daughter?
Mine is almost 5 & I find pieces @ Land's End, Target & Gap, sometimes TJmaxx. I find Children's Place & Old Navy to be cheap lately so I dont go there anymore.

edited to add Target to my list.

My new favorite- Osh Kosh online. They had great sales and I used ebates too. They had lots of cute mix and match leggings, tunics and dresses, which was great because DD hates jeans but I want her butt covered when she wears leggings.

I also got some cute things from Crazy 8- they are Gymboree's lower priced line but I find the stuff to be just as good quality-wise and really well priced.

Naartjie has cute things. I buy a lot of boutique etsy type things, since we aren't into the sequins, neon and bling on most of the stuff in the stores.

I love their sweaters for dd! We have a few things from the outlet in Deer Park.

We go mainly to Justice because well, it's the "in" place. I also hit up H&M, Gap, Lands End & also Crew Cuts.

One of these says I need to go to Zara!

DD is 6 going on 16. She is very much into leggings/tunics and dresses.

I've tried some of those stores online, and even walked around the tanger deer park outlets.

I guess it doesn't help that she and I are both equally picky.

Re: Girls Clothes - shopping

I love OshKosh! I got her first few outfits for school from there. Got sweatsuits from target, old navy, and ps (aeropostale). Couple jumping beans from Kohls. Other than that, I am at a loss too. Gonna hit up the outlets one of these days. Someone told me about naartjie and heartstrings but only when there are sales.

90% of DD (5) clothes comes from tea collection. I love them. Different from the norm and they wear and wash well. I also get some from Hannah. I just bought a bunch from CWDkids as well. I like the look of the Gap clothes but they never wash well for me so it's a waste.

DD is 6. Luckily, she still wears what I buy for her without her input! She's mostly a leggings and shirt type of girl (she doesn't own jeans).

I get her clothes at Target, GAP, Kohls, Children's Place, H&M, Lands End, Vineyard Vines outlet.

Re: Girls Clothes - shopping

I looked at some of those places with her online. She is just so freakin picky! I guess she gets it from me.

They opened a new carters store in West Babylon so we went there, but she is too big for those clothes.

She is very tall so she is in a 8 sometimes a 7.

Did you look at Nextdirect.com? They have some really cute things as well. I find their prices to be creeping up though, but I like a lot of their things.
